ABOUT The Food Edition

The Food Edition is an independent publication based in NSW, Australia. 
 

It's not quite a blog, and not really a website, more a food lover's haven where you'll happen upon an array of information, interviews, reviews, articles and an agony aunt/uncle column for guest writers to answer all those burning food, booze and garden questions.

Eliza, the editor, is quite good at eating and drinking, and particularly enjoys partaking in activities that involve feasting and merriment. 

She dabbles in growing her own food and has spent quite some time writing about food, and even more time thinking about writing about food.

After years blogging, writing and editing for a number of publications, to ensure she wasn't writing loads of uninformed, biased drivel (as is so often the case), she formalised her love of Gastronomy and graduated with Masters of Food/Gastronomy from the University of Adelaide in 2014.
